Anand, P.C. has furthered its scope by serving faith-based organizations, which are now becoming more engaged in the construction and rehabilitation of affordable housing, redevelopment of neighborhood commercial districts to include retain and trade, formation of businesses, and the infusion of loans and equity investments to develop neighborhoods by creating and sustaining meaningful economic resources in low-income communities.

CONSTRUCTION-

  • Negotiate terms of Business Relationship with the General Contractor
  • Research Requirements of Funding Agencies
  • Review Cost Estimates and Permit Processes
  • Assist in the discussion of Security Issues
  • Review Insurance Requirements and Documentation

CLOSING-

  • Extensive Dialogue with appropriate legal counsel to review and refine closing documentation
  • Review of all lenders’ loan agreements and corresponding security instruments
  • Participate at all construction and permanent loan closings

POST-CLOSING-

  • Review, Revise, and Negotiate relative to sworn statements and waivers of lien for disbursement
